BondWise is a private pre-marriage reflection tool. Your answers belong to you. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have.

What we collect

• Assessment answers — the responses you give in Marriage Clarity or Proposal Clarity, which may include relationship, family, financial and lifestyle details.
• Account details — your first name and email address, so you can return to your saved reflections.
• Detailed report requests — if you request the paid report, the name, email and (optionally) phone number you give us, along with the reflection concerned.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs such as request time and error information, used only to keep the service running securely.

Why we collect it

Only to generate your private reflection, to let you sign back in and view your saved reflections, and — if you ask for it — to prepare and deliver your detailed report and respond to your queries.

How it is stored

Your answers and reflections are stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security, so a signed-in account can read only its own records. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Our hosting and database providers act as processors on our behalf and may store data outside India.

What we never do

• We never create a public profile for you.
• Your answers are never searchable or visible to other users.
• Nothing you write is shared automatically with anyone — not families, not matchmakers, not the other person.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use only essential storage: a sign-in session cookie and local browser storage that keeps your in-progress answers safe if you refresh the page. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

Saved reflections are kept while your account exists, so you can return to them. Report request records are kept as long as needed for support and statutory record-keeping. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.

Your rights

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate details.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your account and all your reflections.
• Withdraw consent — stop using the service and request deletion at any time.

Write to support@bondwise.in from your registered email address. We respond to privacy requests within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days.

Children

BondWise is intended for adults of legal marriageable age in India. It is not for use by minors.
