BondWise is an educational self-reflection tool for people thinking about marriage. It is not a matrimonial database, dating app, therapy service, or professional counselling, and it does not create any relationship of adviser and client between us.
Reflections are produced partly by automated language generation and depend entirely on the honesty and completeness of your answers. We make no warranty that any observation is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. The service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable.
Decisions about marriage are yours alone. BondWise offers questions and observations to help you think — it does not replace real conversation, family conversation, or qualified professional help where that is needed. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for yourself, and not to misuse or attempt to access another user's data.
You must be of legal marriageable age in India to use BondWise. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
The Detailed Reflection Report costs ₹299 (inclusive of applicable taxes) and is prepared and delivered manually. Requesting it does not charge you: we confirm the details with you before any payment is collected. Delivery is normally within a few working days of confirmed payment.
You may cancel a request at any time before payment at no cost. After payment, refunds are available if we cannot deliver, if work has not yet begun, or for duplicate payments. Once a personalised report has been delivered it is generally non-refundable, except where it is materially incomplete. The BondWise name, design, questions and generated wording belong to us. Your answers belong to you; you grant us only the limited permission needed to generate, store and deliver your reflection and any report you request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BondWise and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision you take relating to marriage, relationships, or finances. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim (₹299 at most, where only one report was purchased).
You remain fully responsible for your own conversations, choices, and decisions. BondWise does not take responsibility for decisions made on the basis of a reflection or detailed report.
We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@bondwise.in.
